In acronyms, CIR is short for “Creationist Idiocy Ranking”, rankings of which are found on the creationism scientists ranked by idiocy; e.g. Michael Behe (CIR:1), means that Michael Behe has the first ranked position among scientists who believe in the existence of god and who attempt to promote scientific sounding theories to argue for a god theory, in an era where 95 percent of the world’s leading scientists no longer believe in the existence of god.
