In acronyms, HCR theory (TR:15) is short the theory of modeling "human chemical reactions" (HCR) as purely being types of large-scales surface-attached "chemical reactions", i.e. for "human chemical reaction theory" or the theory that human mechanisms and interactions occur via large scale surface-attached dynamic chemical reactions or social chemical reactions (see: social reaction).
